The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging must remain intact

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Complete the Return Form included in your parcel — or request one by email.
  • Send the completed form along with the item to the address provided.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or initiate an exchange, as per your preference.
  • Refunds are processed to your bank account within a few working days.
